Job description:

Are you looking for a supportive, playful work environment where we're passionate about helping clients heal. If You're Looking for a Regular, Boring Therapist Job … Then Keep Scrolling.

However, If you're a therapist who shows up authentically, cares deeply, and values being part of a collaborative team, we might just be your people.

At Mindful Connections Therapy, we believe in doing things differently. We think outside the box and value therapists who do the same. We work hard, feel deeply, and show up authentically-with big hearts, sharp minds, and a deep commitment to our clients' healing. We are taking the best of private practice and agency work and blending it to make an ideal work enviroment.

We're currently seeking a Part-time to Full-time Associate Therapist to join our team.

We're not looking for someone who wants to blend in. We're looking for someone who loves this work-someone ready to grow, stretch, and become the therapist they've always imagined themselves being.

We're the kind of therapists who:

  • Believe healing is sacred work.
  • Aren't afraid of real emotions-ours or our clients'.
  • Go deep, then help clients find their way back home to themselves.
  • Laugh, cry, and learn in community with one another.

If that resonates, keep reading-we've got the (slightly more boring) job details coming up next.
