Ebonee Baker, MFT-I

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. You might be carrying anxiety, working through past trauma, feeling stuck in depression, or simply trying to figure out who you are and where you are headed. Whether you are a teen, young adult, or navigating a major life transition, you do not have to sort it out alone.

Ebonee Baker is a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern who enjoys helping women, teens, young adults, and couples navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. She works with clients ages 12 and up who may be struggling with anxiety, trauma, depression, or feeling unsure about their direction in life.

Before becoming a therapist, Ebonee spent more than eight years supporting adolescents and families in crisis and stabilization settings, including wilderness therapy, residential treatment, and hospital environments. These experiences helped her develop strong skills in trauma-informed care, emotional regulation, and supporting people through difficult moments.

Ebonee has a special passion for working with young adults who are learning how to navigate the adult world, figure out who they are, and build a life that feels meaningful to them. She also enjoys working with teenage boys and girls who may be facing emotional challenges, identity questions, or the pressures that come with growing up.

In addition, Ebonee is interested in supporting couples who are navigating life transitions or exploring the future of their relationship through discernment counseling.

Her approach integrates Trauma-Informed Care, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Emotion-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy. Clients often describe Ebonee as compassionate, genuine, and easy to talk to. She works to create a safe, collaborative space where clients can reconnect with their strengths and move toward a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.
