Teen DBT Skills Group in Clinton, Utah (In Person)

Our Teen DBT Skills Group is designed to help adolescents build emotional awareness, coping skills, and confidence in a supportive group setting.

DBT Skills Teens Will Learn

  • Emotion regulation skills
  • Healthy coping strategies
  • Communication and relationship skills
  • Mindfulness and balanced thinking

When: Wednesdays | 4:00-5:00 PM
Where: In person at our Clinton office
Cost: Insurance copay or $45 self-pay per session

The group opens every 6 weeks. The teen DBT group is taught in rotating modules, allowing teens to enroll one module at a time or complete all modules for the greatest benefit.

Module Schedule:

  • Distress Tolerance - starts February 18, 2026
  • Emotion Regulation - starts April 8, 2026
  • Walking the Middle Path - starts May 27, 2026

Interpersonal Effectiveness - starts July 8, 2026

Adult DBT Skills Group (Virtual / Telehealth)

Our Adult DBT Skills Group is offered virtually and focuses on practical tools adults can use right away to improve emotional balance and relationships.

DBT Skills Adults Will Learn

  • Emotion regulation and distress tolerance
  • Stress management and coping skills
  • Interpersonal effectiveness and boundaries
  • Mindfulness for daily life

When: Tuesdays | 5:00-6:30 PM
Where: Virtual / Telehealth
